Control Options for AC Motor Fans
Fan Speed Only (-001)
A basic fan control used to operate a fan only (no light). Provides four speeds and comes with decora style wall plate (white only).

For operation of a fan with light. Requires three wires (two hot and a common neutral) for separation of fan and light operation. Provides four fan speeds, dimming function for light and comes with decora style wall plate (white only).

Handheld Remote (-003)
For operation of a fan or a fan with light. Uses only one circuit (two wires). Provides three speeds, dimming or "on/off" light function and timer options for delayed shut down. Includes handset, battery, wall mountable holder and an RF canopy receiver.

For operation of a fan with light. Uses only one circuit (two wires). Provides three speeds and dimming or "on/off" light function. Includes wall control, decora style wall plate (white only) and an RF canopy receiver.
Wall & Remote Combo (-005)
A combination control package for operation of a fan or a fan with light. Uses only one circuit (two wires). Provides three speeds and dimming or "on/off" light function. Includes remote handset, wall mountable holder, battery, wall control, decora style wall plate (white only) and an RF canopy receiver.
Multi-Fan Speed Control (FC-009A/FC-009B)

A three speed fan control designed to control 2-3 fans (#009A) or 3-6 fans (#009B) on a single circuit. Separate control/switching of lights must be planned if this control is to be used for fans with lights. For AC motors only; includes decora style wall plate (white only).
